I'm Back with Good News and More Healing Tips

Hello my friends sorry it took me so long to post, thanks for all your concerns. As you know I started the year with a broken radius, that had a hole in it from the Multiple Myeloma, had that radiated, and a week later, a small lesions on my loser jaw, that radiated. I then took a rest and went to Virginia and Florida to visit friends and family. managed to get a sinus infection that turned into a 'flu like cold. I think I was a little run down from all my treatments.
Personally I just don't know how you all cope with chemo, as the radiation is more than enuf to keep me tired.
My new oncologist came up with a way to find lesions, by doing a bone survey. Of course one more popped up in my R Humerus (upper arm) I had to have a rod inserted and that took a month to get back on my feet but actually to use my arms. Radiation for another 3 weeks and now all gone!!! Yea!
Staying healthy takes practice and dedication. I was not allowed to use my walker for several weeks due to the prospect of breaking my arm, so now I am back on the treadmill. The heat is stopping me from being outside but I did garden for 20 minutes today.
I learn something new each week and do not always remember it by the time I post. The hyperbaric oxen therapy is still on in several months for the broken arm. It is limiting to have the arms in this state, I finally get to do things I want to and have no arm strength and of course pain when I use my left arm. (I do not take pain pills as they muddle the old mind even more)
I recently read an article where the newest chemo for MM is not working very well when used with Dexamethasone, and I am sure this is true for other chemo's as well.
Dexamethesone, in my humble opinion, is an emergency use to relieve the pressure and swelling for the cancer and is great for a short term use but this study said it actually made some patients have unneeded side effects.
I also saw a different study, when one of the "new" chemo's being touted, was actually started in the 70's and to my horror was partly compiled from the pesticide DDT. It also showed that this new chemo is very similar to the 70's version with a few tweaks and a new fancy name. I will try and find the source again.
We are what we eat and are exposed to, so switching to a healthier lifestyle, is imperative. The new studies suggest that 1 in 5 will have cancer and if not stopped 1 in 2. We are in the middle of an epidemic.
Water, food, atmosphere have been polluted and altered, it is up to up, where possible, to grow our own food, read labels and drink clean water. Fluoride is another source of poison in our drinking water. Buy a simple filter and you can use the tap water, and let the filter take out the poisons. We are fortunate as we are on well water, have no idea how long we can do this, as water is becoming more precious than gold.
I will get some good information on these things and this will help us all have a better outcome.
Genetics has a part in all this, and I am finding this out the more I am treated.
Hope you have a good week will try and get this site going again on a regular basis. I am posting on my www.healingcancernaturally.net as I have neglected that but am going to start with a cute story about our ducks and geese. If you have read this blog from the beginning this just a new installment on nature.
I have posted a super video on home page about food and contamination, it is short.
